1. Warranty Period

We offer an 18-month limited warranty for the product. Warranty begins on the date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to products purchased through authorized channels, including our official online store, authorized agents, distributors, retailers, and offline stores.

For products purchased from third parties, please contact the seller directly for warranty service.

You can extend the warranty period of your dashcam for six months for free, with the maximum duration reaching 24 months.


How to activate:

1. Open the Miofive App.

2. Log in with the email address used for your purchase.

3. Link your order number in the app.

4. Ensure the app is updated to the latest version.

2. Regions Covered by Warranty

Warranty service is currently available for orders shipped to United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Germany

PS: Warranty support is limited to these countries.


3.Replacement & Repair Policy

- Each customer is entitled to one free dashcam replacement per order during the warranty period.

- Additional replacement requests may be subject to inspection or service fees.

- Replacements may be new or refurbished units of the same or equivalent model.


4.What’s Covered

The Miofive warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, within the applicable warranty period.


5.What’s Not Covered

- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, water exposure, or unauthorized modifications

- Problems caused by third-party or non-original accessories

- Improper installation (e.g. spliced wires, non-Miofive hardwire kits)

- Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, discoloration)

- Data loss from SD card failure
