EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

  • We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery.
  • Miofive will cover the direct cost of return shipping and, where applicable, provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
  • We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods are received or proof of return shipment is provided, whichever occurs first.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, and no fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

Return of Goods

  • Goods must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
  • You may inspect and handle the goods as you would in a physical store.
  • You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Miofive 30-Day Free Return & Exchange Guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, Miofive offers a voluntary 30-day free return and exchange program. This commercial guarantee does not affect or limit any legal rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Returns Due to Miofive-Caused Issues

If the product has:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Functional failures
  • Shipping damage
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect products sent

Miofive will cover all return shipping costs and provide either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement product

Returns for Personal Reasons

If you changed your mind, ordered by mistake, or no longer need the product, Miofive also offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

For returns under this voluntary commercial policy, products should be returned with all accessories included and, whenever possible, in the original packaging.

  2. Our team will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label will be issued.
  4. Return the product according to the provided instructions.
  5. Once the return is received or proof of shipment is provided, your refund will be processed in accordance with applicable law and this policy.

Return Address

To ensure that your return is processed correctly, please do not send products back without prior authorization.

For statutory withdrawals, no prior approval is required. We will provide the return address promptly upon receiving your withdrawal notice. The authorization step above applies to our voluntary 30-day program and is logistical only.

Miofive provides return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label after a return request has been approved.

The designated return address may vary depending on the product, order location, and return logistics arrangements. Customers should only use the return address provided by Miofive customer support.

Returns sent to an address not provided by Miofive may result in delays or the inability to process the return.
