30-Day Free Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your Miofive purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
For products returned within 30 days due to quality issues, defects, shipping damage, or other issues caused by Miofive, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
For products returned within 30 days for personal reasons (such as no longer needed, ordered by mistake, or changed your mind), Miofive also offers free returns and exchanges. Please ensure the item is returned with its original packaging, accessories, and in the same condition in which it was received.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
